Fresh I Dos

Welcome back crafters. We are officially kicking off wedding season. I have been asked to create many wedding cards for fellow co-workers and I'm honored they have asked me to do so. This one is a 5"x7" card. Large enough to allow many messages from lots of co-workers.

I've mixed retired, current and soon to come products. Fresh Fig was the perfect match to the "plum" color that is one of the colors of the wedding. I stamped off twice with the "I do" image in Fresh Fig. I didn't want that sentiment to be the focal point. However, I did want the "for the bride and groom" sentiment to stand out and heat embossed it in gold.

Even stamped the inside to wish the happy couple many wonderful years together.

From last years retired stash, I took the Very Vanilla envelope paper and the gold heart vellum and created a 5" x 7" envelope.

Beautiful combination to celebrate two becoming one by tying the knot.

Mother's Daisies

Welcome back stampers. In three weeks we all get to celebrate the ones that gave birth to us. Yes, our mothers. Though they should be honored more than just one day for all they do for us. Be sure to create, send or even call all the mothers you know to let them know how awesome they are.

Today I am using the Daisy Delight Suite. This is going to be a must have and add this to your wish list for June 1st. I created two cards because I just couldn't decide which one I liked better. So what do you think with the added bow or not?

I stamped two daisies and punched them out. Layered them on top of each other but made sure the petals filled in the gaps from the other flower.

This card the only difference is that I added a bow made from the Double Stitched Daffodil Delight 1/4" ribbon and the banner location. I choose to keep white space and put the banner on top of the DSP (Designer Series Paper).

Mom can love daisies, right?

Wood Crate Full

Welcome back friends. I have another OnStage make and take to show you. I didn't actually make it until I was home. Getting it home was causing some concern because I just wasn't sure how if it would have traveled still just as cute. After seeing the Product Purchase Premiere and finding the Wood Texture Suite bundle available, my decision was made up. Yup, I was going to make it at home. It was just easier in my mind to do things that way. Especially since I knew this was the very first thing I wanted to get.

So let's get to it! It's a gift package with 3x3 note cards inside. This was the final picture once everything was created. I have SO many ideas I want to create using this Wood Crate Framelit. I see this one being one of my favorites in the 2017 - 2018 Annual Catalog so far!

The finished Wood Crate measures 3 1/4" x 1 5/8" x 1 5/8". I think it's adorable to hold 3x3 note cards, business cards, candy (especially for party favors), trail mix, dried fruit or nuts.  You get the idea, right?

The wood texture DSP is great too. There are 48 sheets 4 of each of 12 double-sided designs that come in 6"x6". There is such a variety in the different textures you will find in this DSP stack (colors, grain, cut, stain, rustic, sanded, etc). It will also coordinate with EVERYTHING! That's what I'm most excited for. There isn't one color this DSP would not look good with.

I know for some of you Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, you have about a week or so to see if this is going to be one of the pre-order items available. As for the rest of you,

  1. Why are you not part of my team yet? Join today and you can get your hands on these products starting May 2, 2017.
  2. If you are not part of my team to want to get your hands on these awesome products (I'm sorry) or maybe you are saving up for a larger order to get host rewards (Yay but still a better bundle to join my team) unfortunately you will have to wait until June 1, 2017.  (whispers to you - I think you need to join my team - there are just SO many perks)

One of the Best

Welcome back crafters. I'm so excited to have received my PPP (Product Purchase Priemer) this week, an awesome perk for OnStage attendees. We get to preorder the products before other demonstrators almost three weeks in advance. So I've been crafting up a storm creating lots of new samples to show off the various product suites. Of course the new In Colors too!

I had fun being able to combine a few of the 2016/2018 and 2017/2019 In Colors to create this Mother's Day card. The flowers are stamped in Berry Burst on Sweet Sugarplum card stock.

Do you think any mother would love this card to display for Mother's Day and all year round? It's a great reminder how wonderful they are.

Just Breathe

Welcome back stampers. I have combined both 2016/2017/2018Annual Catalog products to come up with a very summery touch.

Oh the 2017 - 2019 In Colors are just so WOW! I cannot find the right word at the moment but I know I will be using them a lot in the future. The Lemon Lime was the perfect POP of color I was looking for to add to this happy place.

I stamped off once for the sentiment with the Tranquil Tide ink. It certainly is it's name. So calming when paired with a picture of the ocean. Or what I feel like is a picture of the ocean. Ha. The mini chevron ribbon is so very soft and pliable. I bet it will make great bows. How about those glitter enamel dots? They come in ombre shades in multiple hues. Four different colors and sizes too.

A good mantra while at the beach.
