Enjoy Your Ride

Enjoy Your Ride

Welcome back stampers. Do you or anyone you know ride motorcycles? I do not ride but I know a few people that do and was with them this past weekend. I was away at a craft retreat and the event coordinator's husband, Mike,  helped all the ladies load and unload their vehicles  to their table upon arrival and again when it was time to leave.

Knowing that Mike rides, I wanted to create a thank you card from all of us. We wanted to let him know how much we appreciate his assistance at each retreat.

I chose to highlight "Journey" in Pumpkin Pie and pop it up. I sure hope that Mike enjoyed reading all of our notes on the inside of the card.

Were you aware that the One Wild Ride stamp set was designed by Dawn Griffith along with Stampin' Up!'s artists? This is one of the many perks when a Stampin' Up! demonstrator reaches One Million Dollars in career sales. How amazing, right? What kind of stamp set would you create?

Back in April, while at OnStage Live in Salt Lake City, I was able to get a selfie picture with Dawn as we were viewing the swap boards. It was like a star struck moment for me! She is wonderfully adorable, funny and very successful Stampin' Up! demonstrator.

Creative Color Combination

With the use of both light and dark tones of gray and orange, I tried to not to go too Halloweeny. If that makes sense. I didn't want to use black with orange.
