Hot Chocolate

Welcome back crafters! To piggy back on yesterday's post about my sister Rebekah and her now husband BJ getting married. They did a lot of Do It Yourself (DIY) projects to make their day extra special. The favors were one of them and also asked for my assistance too.  I was happy to oblige. Bekah and BJ filled Ball mason jars with hot chocolate mix, mini marshmallows and mini candy canes.

I was put on label duty. Of course there was discussion of what they were looking for and some back and forth before the final version was created. Here is the front of the label.

One of the 2014 - 2016 In Colors, Blackberry Bliss, was the color that Bekah wanted for the wedding along with gold and Crumb Cake. Thankfully I still had the ink pad to use. I had stamped the medium jar in Crumb Cake and the sentiment about sitting down to drink hot chocolate. Then very carefully stamped the jar image again on the already cut out jar on the back side along with the love is in the details sentiment. I left some room so that we could write their last name and wedding date. Punched a 1/16" hole in the top left corner and thread twine through and wrapped around the jar and tying a bow.
