Cloud Shaping

Cloud Shaping

Welcome back crafters. I just love when I'm asked to create a personalized card. This request was to make a sympathy card for an unexpected passing. A co-worker explained what had happened and gave me the details of what the person who passed loved (planes), what they said (would call significant other to let them know the "eagle has landed") and needed it to be masculine. I had used a retired Sale-A-Bration Sky is the Limit stamp set and a Rubber Stampede Eagle stamp. The size is 5"x7".

The plane was stamped on the DSP and eagle was heat embossed in clear. The top left corner was also heat embossed in white with sun rays (yes these are white because I felt if I added yellow that it would cause the color to actually become green) shining down in between the clouds. Almost like the sky opened to allow the decedent to speak or touch the person(s) that is recognizing their messages of reshaping the clouds

I hope that I captured what my coworker described. I send my condolences to the family and friends during this difficult time.
