Welcome back friends. Do you receive assistance on your craft projects? I had my mother help with this next card all via text. I didn't lose my mojo I just couldn't think of what to create next. I had asked her opinion on a few other cards I had made (you'll see them on future posts - so stay tuned). So Mom had said, "What about a sympathy card, with yellow, orange and maybe a brownish color, maybe something for fall?" So with many texts back and forth (mostly pictures) we both came up with this card.
I cut the intricate maple leaf out of the Copper Foil Paper. Do you also see the Copper Metallic Thread wrapped around the Early Espresso card stock? And how about the Pinewood Planks embossed background?
The Copper Metallic Thread was combined with the Linen Thread to embellish the sentiment banner. I love how I can embellish the card and still have coordination with my products. I heart Stampin' Up! That reminds me that you only have two more days to join my team with the extra goodies they are including this month. Check out the current promotions for further details.
