Means The World

When I saw the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder I thought of making a faux Italian brick and plaster background. I found this photo as the inspiration.

Not sure you’ll find this funny like I may have. My original plan was to use the white embossing paste but when I opened the jar, it was solid. I mean solid like a cement block. I didn’t have time to work any magic to attempt to use it. That will be for another day.

So I went to open the shimmery white embossing paste and luckily it was ready for use. I ran the Terracotta Tile piece through the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder and then lathered on the embossing paste to fill in the space over the raised embossing to make the paste look like plaster. Yes it took days to dry but well worth the extended time to create this card.

What do you think about my faux Italian brick plaster background? How about the added vines crawling up and around the sentiment and bird images?
